Preview Data Loader

This page explains how to view class distribution at each site using your defined data loaders in the submitted job

After submitting the job, you will will be redirected to the preview data loader page which will show the data subset you want to use for model training at each site. Here you can verify the necessary statistics of data at each site for model training process like data distribution by disease, age, view, location, imaging hardware, etc.

If you are comfortable with the data distribution you have, then you can proceed to submit the job. If not, you can modify the data loader and resbumit the job for data preview
